My back was quite sore tonight so I focused a lot on spinal postures. Once again I got the “spinal itch”. I looked at the calendar to see when I last had this and sure enough. It was exactly a week ago which was the last time I had two long days of work in a row in front of a computer. I almost fell asleep a couple times tonight when I did yoga. Actually I am almost falling asleep now. Gnight all.
