I lost my wedding ring. Correction. My baby daughter found my wedding ring and put it “away” somewhere mysterious. When I’m stressed and there is chocolate in the house I tend to consume every morsel in sight. My tummy ached a bit making the thought of active yoga very unappealing. I decided to do a very short Yin yoga practice. I did eventually find the ring tucked away in an underwear drawer but not before I did my yoga session. I tried very hard to not be too distracted by such “material concerns” during my practice but I was a little out of it. I think the yoga helped calm me though. Tonight I will put a little more effort in.
30 minutes of Yin Yoga (5 minute holds)
- Wide legged forward fold
- Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana)
- Legs up the wall
- Reclining twists
