I went to a party last night in Sooke which is about a 40 minute drive from where I live. It was lovely but got me home too late to have any energy for yoga. I did a short session of Yin Yoga, in the dark, right beside my bed. Then I crawled into bed and fell into a deep sleep. Ahhhh sleep.
25 minutes of Yin Yoga (5 minute holds)
- Melting heart (Anahatasana)
- Cat cow stretch
- Lying twists (5 minutes each side)
