About booking time to practice? About making it a priority? Ya, well I kind of bailed. Sort of. I did do some meditation but it was short and unfocused. I am really having a hard time getting back into my own home practice. I am just so damn tired by the end of the day finding the motivation is near impossible. I really need to sort out how I can do yoga when the baby is awake. This night time yoga is incredibly challenging for me. Sleep seems so much more appealing.
